The Demi Brae Cuccia Awareness Organization and Ladies Hospital Aid Society (LHAS) are so very grateful for the opportunity to visit Thomas Jefferson High School on Thursday, October 24, 2013. During two assemblies over 1,000 students received Demi’s message during our teen dating violence awareness and prevention program. We extend our sincere appreciation to Principal Tim Haselhoff and Assistant Principal Paul Ware for diligently working with us in order to ensure this program and Demi’s powerful message reached their student body. Following the presentations, xoshove≠trulove (kiss, hug, shove does not equal true love) t-shirts, demibrae.com wristbands and informational brochures and bookmarks were distributed to every student in attendance. Several students and members of the chorus prepared a special presentation for us following the assemblies. A heartfelt thank you to those students for their time and talents. It was such an honor to visit Thomas Jefferson!
