We graciously thank Principal Ben Fennick, Save (Students Against Violence Everywhere), and the Crisis Shelter of Lawrence County for working together to bring Demi’s message to the students of Wilmington Area High School. We applaud your efforts and commend you for recognizing the need of our Teen Dating Violence Awareness and Prevention Outreach Program.
Over 500 Demi wristbands, educational brochures and LHAS (Ladies Hospital Aid Society) signature xoshove≠trulove (kiss, hug, shove does not equal true love) t-shirts were distributed to every student following the presentation. Additional photos of the assembly will be posted following the approval of the Wilmington Area High School Administration.
